A snapshot of the total generated sales and statuses of product deliveries of the member. Complete with graph for easy visual presentation.

Customers

This is where the member creates orders and assign it to where it should be delivered, creating dropshipping transactions. An option to be delivered as COD or already paid. The member can track the delivery status here, as well as managing its customer information like adding and editing, or deleting customers information.

Marketing

The member can download marketing collaterals such as posters, videos and relevant documents (pdf,word,excel,csv) to use in its marketing campaign. This is also where the affliate links for the online store and important pages can be accessed. The resources here will be provided or setup by the company/admin.

Training

The member can access important videos that is shared only as an exclusive protected content. May include new members orientation, product training, sales and marketing training, etc. The company/admin provides the videos that will be available in this section.

E-Wallet/Encashment

Summary of total commissions, encashed commissions, balance and encashment history of the member. Request encashment by choosing availabe options set by the company/admin.

Reports

All transaction such as product sales, product commissions and referral lists and comissions. Detailed reporting with dates, type of transacton, amount, etc. All reports are exportable to excel, pdf or csv.

Members Upgrade

This is where where members can upgrade their membership status. Depending on the company's compensation plan, an upgraded membership can have bigger price discounts, more points accumulation, etc.

Members Profile

Includes the members personal information, contact information, account information and changing password. The member can upload a photo or choose an avatar to display as profile picture. Members KYC is optional.

Members

Members - This where you can see the list of all your members. You have the option to view all of the members transactions, sales, and commissions. You can also manually change their password, login to their account as an admin, or block the member from logging in to the system.
KYC (Know Your Customer) - This is where you review, approve, or disapprove the information and ID submited by the members. This feature is optional.

Accounting

Package Code - This is where you generate and monitor registration codes to use for "manual" registrations of members. Codes can be used to represent payment, which you received manually. Members can use the code to register when they start using the system.
Encashment - This is where all the encashment request will go to. You have the option to approve or disapprove it. We can also integrate 3rd party payout providers as long it has an API.
Transactions - This is where all the transactions/orders go to before it goes to fufillment. You can monitor, approve or disapprove transactions here specially COD's. If we have integrated with a payment provider for paid transactions, the paid transactions wii go straght to fulfillment.

Products

Fulfillment - This is where you can monitor your fullfilment and delivery. Your fulfillment department can tag statuses of the orders such as, in process, in transit (with tracking number), delivered, remitted, return to sender (RTS), and completed.
Product/Supplier/Category - This is where you setup the packages, products, bundles, pricing, and stock quantity. All that you setup here will be available to all your members to order or dropship to their customers.

Admin Tools

Moderators - This is where you can add, delete and edit restrictions for your moderators who are accessing the admin panel. The restrictions are designed by department access or even by navigation menu access.
Reports - This is where you can access sales reports and commission reports by company or by the members. All reports are exportable to excel, pdf or csv.
Marketing - This is where you upload and setup the posters, videos and public documents that can be downloaded by the members. This is also where you setup the affiliate links for the pages and the online store.
Training - This is where you can create simple training courses with title. descriptions and section lessons by embeding videos.
Logs - All the updates and actions in the admin panel is being logged here. You can search and view the logs by date range.

Registration Page

Incoming new members can register using the registration page.

Payment Page

Incoming new members can pay membership fee using the payment page. We can also integrate it with payment providers, like Xendit, Paypal, Stripe, Dragonpay, Paymongo, etc.

Membership Packages

Multiple membership packages with different product discounts and direct referral commissions depending on the membership package.

Compensation Plans

Direct Selling, Multi-Level-Marketing, or any custom compensation plan to integrate with the system.

Email Notifications

Unlimited email notifications for all transactions.
