What you’ll do

Help turn marketing priorities into organized, well-executed work.

Help turn LYB’s business goals into practical marketing plans and campaigns.

Support brand messaging, content, social media, email, and other marketing channels.

Coordinate with contributors and Marketing Interns to produce strong, useful work.

Coordinate marketing activities with business development and sales to keep campaigns aligned with growth priorities.

Track performance, learn from results, and improve what the team does next.

Support other related marketing and growth tasks as priorities evolve.

A thoughtful, organized marketer who can execute consistently, collaborate well, and grow with the role.

One to three years of relevant marketing experience, or a sharp fresh graduate ready to demonstrate strong potential.
